Illustration for NomadHer Illustration Competition 2023: She Can Travel Anywhere
Competition subject was to create an artwork that empowers and inspires women travelers, conveying the essence of 'She can travel anywhere. The winning illustrations were to become the official posters for the NomadHer Seoul Globetrotter Festival.
My illustration received Second Place and financial reward.
While creating this illustration, I thought of some moments when I felt most happy travelling on my own. It was two I remembered particularly vividly: riding a horse, and looking up at the sky in a pine forest.
I blended them into the illustration that to me is definition of happiness.
